Refund policy

As all products are handmade and/or altered, we are unable to provide a refund. Multiple photos will be provided to show how the products look like in real life. Please contact us at felixmartinez0611@yahoo.com if you have any questions about a product. Unfortunately, we also cannot refund gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
